My body IS my astral body.
My body lives on Earth
Earth lives in the Cosmos

I live in the Cosmos
It’s closer to me than the Earth
The cosmos is in me

My mind descends into the astral plane
I live inside my body
My body is my shelter

I am a blue flame that never burns
My light made manifest by water
I am energy
